At FesWeb, we’re committed to delivering high-quality graphic design services tailored to your needs. We take pride in our work and aim for complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our policy below.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
The project has not yet started.
You request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before any design work begins.
If a project has already begun, partial refunds may be offered based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Initial Concept Stage: Up to 50% refund
Design Revision Stage or Beyond: Refunds typically not offered unless there are significant issues with the service delivery
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Final designs have already been approved and delivered
Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback
Project scope was completed as agreed
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after full execution and delivery
Due to the custom nature of graphic design and the digital delivery format, returns are not accepted once files have been delivered. All sales are considered final after delivery.
