By accessing our site or hiring us for design services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
FesWeb offers a range of graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, marketing materials, digital graphics, and print designs. Service details will be outlined in your custom quote or proposal.
All services require payment as specified in the agreed proposal or invoice.
Final designs and source files will be delivered once full payment is received.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery.
We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project. Any significant change or new request outside the initial agreement may be subject to additional charges.
Upon full payment, you gain full rights and ownership of the final approved design.
FesWeb retains the right to display work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Project timelines are agreed upon prior to starting the work. Delays caused by client feedback, lack of communication, or content submission are not the responsibility of FesWeb.
Clients agree to provide clear direction, timely feedback, and any necessary materials required to complete the project.
Refunds are only offered before significant work begins. Once a project has been started, partial refunds may be considered based on the stage of progress. See our Refund Policy for full details.
FesWeb will not be liable for any damages, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
FesWeb reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
