Refund & Returns Policy

At FesWeb, we’re committed to delivering high-quality graphic design services tailored to your needs. We take pride in our work and aim for complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our policy below.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The project has not yet started.

  • You request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before any design work begins.


2. Partial Refunds

If a project has already begun, partial refunds may be offered based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

  • Initial Concept Stage: Up to 50% refund

  • Design Revision Stage or Beyond: Refunds typically not offered unless there are significant issues with the service delivery


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Final designs have already been approved and delivered

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback

  • Project scope was completed as agreed

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after full execution and delivery


4. Custom & Digital Work Policy

Due to the custom nature of graphic design and the digital delivery format, returns are not accepted once files have been delivered. All sales are considered final after delivery.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@fesweb.design with:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Invoice or order number

  • Reason for the refund request

All refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.


6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with your service, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are always open to feedback and will do our best to find a solution.
